How do I place an order?
The quickest way to place an order is via e-mail. You would need to provide us with a brief career history and your desired job target(s) so that we can assess your situation, and provide a price quote for just one or for the type of services you require.

What details do I have to furnish ?
Please specify your exact requirements, i.e. Résumé Development? Cover Letter Composition? Freelance Writing? so that we can make assess your needs faster. Kindly advise your current working status as well, i.e., working / laid off / contemplating switching careers / or just being résumé-prepared only. Do you have an existing /current résumé? If so, please e-mail us that; if not, send us a career synopsis, that outlines years of experience, career specialty, type of position sought, etc.

What are the payment procedures ?
The details are mentioned in the payment terms section. No document will be commenced until the cost quotation is accepted by personal signature or by email confirmation. Also no document will be personally given or emailed until full payment has been received. After we receive your order and payment, we will contact you via email or telephone if we need any additional information or have any questions regarding your employment background.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your employment information and payment, you will receive an emailed copy of your resume and/ or cover letter within a week or (1 to 6) business days, depending on the type of service that you require. Please let us know if you are in a rush situation and we will try to expedite your order. After reviewing the emailed document(s), please reply with your approval or with suggestions for changes. We will not print / mail your order until you are completely satisfied.

How do you send hard-copies of my order ?
If you require a hard-copy they will be mailed via the most efficient method, or any courier service available or as required by the client.

What is your refund policy?
Unlike a retail store, we offer a service, not a product. Because of that, we cannot offer a full refund. However, as customer satisfaction is very important to us, we will work with you to solve any issues you have with your order.

Can I have my resume updated in the future?
A copy of your order will be kept on file for any future updates. The price for a resume update is $25. Disk and email copies of your document remain the intellectual property of Cosmic Resume 2 at all times (including after payment) and are strictly for your personal use. Unauthorised duplication of this intellectual property for any purpose other than for your personal use is an offence and you may be held liable for damages suffered by us as a direct or indirect result of your actions

Will my information be kept confidential?
Yes, absolutely. We acknowledge that the information in a resume or essay is highly sensitive, private information and therefore, WE DO NOT SHARE ANY SUCH INFORMATION with outside parties. However, there are cases when we need to market our services, for which we may require completed sample resumes. In such cases, we do so only after we receive clear, written authorization from the client (for example, to display a résumé in the "Examples" section).

Besides, we advertise only after changing original names, job details, location and any other confidential information and contact numbers.
